The last major astrological event of the Winter is here! On Wednesday, March 18, at 6:23 p.m. PST, the Sun and the Moon meet to form the New Moon in Pisces. While we get a New Moon in the sign of the Fish, this one feels different. Pisces is the sign of dreams, magic, and fantasy. It is the place of the sky that connects us to our sense of spirituality and where we store our wildest dreams.

This area experienced a major overhaul for many years due to the fourteen-year and two-and-a-half transits of Neptune and Saturn, respectively. Then, starting February 25, Mercury went retrograde here too, helping us review the enormous change we’ve experienced in this area of our charts. As Mercury goes direct on March 20, two days after this week’s New Moon, we’re all experiencing a major rebirth in the area of our charts connected to spirituality, personal dreams, and magic. You can think of this lunar event as a do-over that the universe grants you after a period of confusion, big change, and transformation. As the Pisces sky resets, you are meant to experience a rebirth.

New Moon in Pisces Ritual

Your New Moon Tools are the Rebirth Magic Candle, the Manifest Magic Dust Powder, a pen, and paper.

BEGIN by breathing deeply and lighting your Rebirth Magic Candle, setting the intention to embrace 2026’s major new beginning.

CUT your paper sheet into four different pieces big enough to write on.

DROP a pinch of the Manifest Magic Dust Powder inside the candle and write on one piece of paper, “Like the Sun, I shine brightly in the new astrological era.”

DROP a second pinch and write in the second piece of paper, “Like the Moon, I move through the new world while staying faithful to my feelings.”

DROP a third pinch and write in the third piece of paper, “I honor Saturn in Aries by building a life that is authentic to me and no one else.”

DROP a fourth pinch and write in the fourth piece of paper, “I honor Neptune in Aries by staying faithful to my wildest dreams.”

KEEP all four pieces of paper around the candle until it burns down completely.

PLACE the Sun paper in your vanity, the Moon paper in your kitchen, the Saturn paper on your desk, and the Neptune paper on your bedside table as reminders.
