As we stand on the verge between the Winter and the Spring, we welcome this month’s Full Moon, which will rise in the sky on March 18th at 12:18 a.m. Pacific Time. Being the last one of the season, this lunation arrives incredibly strong, bringing an imminent feeling of change with it.
Like all Full Moons, it brings the polarity of the luminaries, this time with the Sun in Pisces and the Moon in Virgo. Energetically speaking, this duo is the most sensitive combination of signs. Virgo deals with the details, and Pisces with the dissolution of them. Virgo represents individual awareness and perception, and Pisces represents universal emotions and oneness.
In their own way, these two zodiac signs relate to big endings and the connection between the material and the spiritual worlds. Clearly, this is already a super-charged lunation that will make us feel a pull between the two. However, as we stand in this intricate space between reason and sentiment, we are bound to feel flooded by the latter. Since there are currently four planets in Pisces, the pull towards the mysterious will be stronger than the need to stay grounded in reality.
While swimming in the waters of our subconscious mind during this time, this lunation can grant us the information we need to plant the seed of a major new beginning once we get to mid-April. A new door is opening in front of us, and this lunation is here to dissolve what no longer serves us in preparation for crossing this portal.
