Aptly named, this is a crystal that brings in light. This crystal is ideal when doing work to explore the "Shadow Self" as well as past emotional upheaval. Exploring these parts of ourselves can be extremely uncomfortable, which is why Candle Quartz is the soft warm light that provides us with hope and comfort. Candle Quartz is one of the best companions to have during meditation as it helps access wisdom and knowledge from places we would never have thought to look.
