Virtual Shopping (local in-store pick up only)

Prefer to skip the store entirely, but need more assistance than shopping online? Book now to meet virtually with an HOI Gatekeeper to help you shop and discover more ritual tools.

• Find your location below and click on "Virtual Appointment" to book your 15 minute appointment
• 24 hours before your appointment, you will receive an email with a Google Meet link
• Click on the Google Meet link at your scheduled appointment time
• Note: If you are more than 5 minutes late, we will not be able to accommodate you
• Staff will virtually walk you through the store and ring up your purchases
• Pay via credit card
• Pick up your items at the store within 24 hours
• NOTE:  Appointments are reserved with $10 deposit that will go towards your purchase.  Deposit is fully refundable only if appointment cancellation is done 24 hours prior to appointment time. (Deposit is forfeited if you No-Show).
