In-Store Shopping

Since we are limited to health guideline capacity for all our stores, there can sometimes be a line to get in. Skip the wait, and reserve an in-store shopping appointment.

15 minute appointment spot is for 1 person at a time
Come to the front of the line at your scheduled time
Note: If you are more than 5 minutes late, we will not be able to accommodate you, but you can still join the walk-in line

NOTE: Appointments are reserved with $10 deposit that will go towards your purchase. Deposit is fully refundable only if appointment cancellation is done 24 hours prior to appointment time. (Deposit is forfeited if you No-Show).

Virtual Shopping (local in-store pick up only)

Prefer to skip the store entirely, but need more assistance than shopping online? Book now to meet virtually with an HOI Gatekeeper to help you shop and discover more ritual tools.

24 hours before your appointment, you will receive an email with a Google Meet link
Click on the Google Meet link at your scheduled appointment time

Staff will virtually walk you through the store and ring up your purchases
Pay via credit card
Pick up your items at the store within 24 hours
