Here at the House of Intuition, many people walk into our doors wondering about the mysteries of the other dimensions. Many are curious to see if they have ‘the gift’ and seekers will leave with books, candles and crystals to dive into this mysterious world. We love to empower people to know that if they work at it, they can develop intuition. It can help when knowing what job is best for you to pursue and it can help you navigate relationships. It can help you know what your body needs, when it wants to sleep and when it wants to move. It can allow you to read other people and help them heal as well. There are many reasons to develop your intuition once you realize you can.
Here are three simple ways to begin to develop your intuition:
- You can start with breathing work to tap into your intuition. Breathe slowly and deeply for a few minutes with your eyes closed. This will get your body and mind to a calm place so you can meditate. If you just sit and meditate without deep breathing first, your brain will most likely still be too active to tap into the subtle realms of clairvoyance.
- Meditate everyday in silence with a journal and ask your higher self what you need to know about your own spiritual development. Being in a receptive state where you are trying to listen and feel will help you get in tune with the inner messages that the brain can perceive. It also works that part of your brain making it easier and easier to perceive this type of information. Practicing meditation will be your best friend in developing your intuition. This is the most important step!
- Eat a clean diet with superfoods and things that decalcify the pineal gland such as apple cider vinegar, oregano oil, beets, cilantro, fish oil, cacao, msm and spirulina. You can make sure not to injest flouride by getting alkaline flouride-free water from a water store and even flouride free toothpaste. The cleaner your diet and more organic fresh/uncooked fruits and vegetables you eat, the more your intuition will activate. The healthy diet allows your body’s systems to harmonize allowing your body to become more sensitive to the environment. Avoid processed foods, refined sugars and alcohol to really kick your intuition into high gear.
A lot of people have trouble developing the intuition because they do not create consistency in their meditation. It’s not a surprise when our attention span is at an all time low. Working in a group actually makes meditation easier as your energy fields combine. I highly recommend Naha’s intuition development course starting next Thursday, March 9 at 7:15PM if you’re serious about developing intuition and considering becoming a reader or healer. Her class is an 8 week course that covers many facets of the intuition such as house clearings, spirit guides, angels and past lives. All of this is a big part of developing intuition and will clear layers of emotional trauma that keep you from having a clear energy field.
I found my intuition developed fast when I cleaned up my diet but I couldn’t make sense of it all without being with a trained teacher who could explain the differences within the spirit realm. Once you take a course, the mystery around it and wondering if it’s even real will be replaced with empowerment and experience. People with intuition often can help their family and friends make better decisions, they can help people resolve blocks to things they are trying to create and they can see what someone needs to let go of. If you love to nurture others and help them feel better, consider taking this course. I also like to recommend a book we sell called The Psychic Pathway by Sonia Choquette which is a workbook to develop your intuition.
