You will now have 5 tools at your disposal like a joy arsenal to use as needed. Don't wait until you feel bluesy, use these daily and just let your happiness increase exponentially. If you make these a habit, your whole life could dramatically shift. The law of attraction will bring you positive things when you are happy. Live by this motto and you will find endless opportunities, 'but first be happy.'
1. Keep a Positive Affirmation
If you have positive thoughts, no matter where you are, you can be happy. Some good affirmations are: I AM GRATEFUL, I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY RIGHT NOW, TODAY IS THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE, MY INTENTION IS TO UPLIFT OTHERS, AMAZING THINGS ARE HAPPENING RIGHT NOW AND GOOD THINGS ARE HERE.
2. 1 Minute of Breath of Fire
The breath is clears our energy field from stagnant emotional and environmental energy. Do breath of fire rigorously unless you are pregnant or on your moon cycle. The breath is done by pushing air rapidly out of your nose and letting your inhale happen naturally. The exhale and inhale should be equal in time to get you in a rhythm. You can do this up to 11 or 31 minutes to really cleanse your energy and blood.
3. Stay Hydrated
Our emotional state is directly linked to the water and pH of our body. Drink alkaline water and your emotions will stabilize. Often when we feel off, our body is trying to send an alert that we need water desperately. Carrying a reusable water bottle could mean the difference between happy and sad! After all, we are 70-70% water.
4. Use Loving Words
The ability to respond with love and hold an loving vibration no matter what with our words is a real power that will increase your frequency. Loving emotions actually vibrate at a faster rate and you feel excited when your happy because your electrons are actually excited! Use words like special, beautiful, fantastic, great, fulfilled and reliable to create a positive bond between you and the people around you.
5. Do Something Nice For Someone
When we give, support, help or pray for someone, our energy is magnified. It sounds little selfish but it's the fastest way to break out of a funk. Stop focusing on yourself and start helping other people in big or small ways. You can always find a way to do something nice whether it's showing appreciation or giving a hug.
Put these into action and your brain will really start to like the effects! As we create a lifestyle of happiness, the world becomes a more enjoyable place for everyone to live. It's our duty as human beings to be happy and raise the frequency of the planet.
