PLACE your non-dominant hand on the Affirmation Rollerball and your dominant hand on your heart as you say, “I am strong enough to sustain my most desired direction.”
EXHALE deeply and slowly, allowing the incense to finish the transition.
LEAVE the Rollerball beside the card overnight to let the symbolism integrate.
