A Confusion Repellent Herb Sachet
GATHER your items: sage, two herbs (mugwort, chamomile, or lavender), a piece of either obsidian or smoky quartz, matches, a small white candle, a small dish, and a small sachet.
GRAB the sage and energetically cleanse your ritual tools, ritual space, as well as your entire body.
RUB your hands and hover them over your herbs while repeating the mantra: “That you protect my mind and my dreams from confusion and less-than-desirable influences.”
BREAK the herbs into small pieces, spreading them on the outer part of your small dish.
